Therefore, it is important that Agriterra has an ERP system that connects these global business processes. Prior to working with Kaya, Agriterra was not using any ERP system whatsoever. Therefore, when implementing Dynamics 365 for them, we guided Agriterra into the world of ERP. Their existing reports were highly complicated, so Kaya was tasked with simplifying these reports. We implemented a financial and project administration module for Dynamics 365. Additionally, we made an integration with Blue10, which Agriterra uses to scan and process invoices. We also built integrations with other systems that Agriterra was already using, such as a system for creating and budgeting projects. With Agriterra, Kaya used the Kanban method to focus on workflows and ensure continuous improvement.
